Summary:

To minimize investment in accounts receivable by maximizing cash receipts and following up on credit memo processing.  Increase internal personnel’s awareness of the importance of credit as an integral part of every transaction, and encouraging communication between operating personnel and their customers.  Maintain customer goodwill and to encourage financial stability in order to increase profit and sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Notify customers of past due invoice and achieve faster payment turnover for all invoices.  Detail: 500- 750 Active Accounts, Accounts Receivable approx- $5M.
  • Assist all locations in the resolution of credit memo processing resulting from return material, pricing errors, defective products, etc.
  • Discuss delinquent accounts with sales and management personnel.  Recommend appropriate payment terms for future orders.  Inform personnel of collection efforts which become futile, and which need to be forwarded for collection and/or lawsuit.
  • Develop a working knowledge of customer relationships.
  • Establish a framework for maintaining credit in a variety of sales situations, involving a diverse production line and a wide array of customer classifications.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly status reports on A/R accounts, including listings of accounts with invoices over 60 days old, for review by the credit manager, company presidents, and sales personnel.
  • Process credit card sales.
  • Send pre-lien notices, bond claims, and lien filings with in time frames dictated by each job-location state.
  • Actively participate in over 60- collection meetings.
  • Supports, cooperates with, and participates in company-wide EHS management System which included following all safety, health and environmental policies and procedures. Supports and cooperates in company-wide Quality Management effort.
  • Adheres to company and department policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Associates degree or equivalent experience required.

Position Function:  Perform routine data entry functions, including evaluation of source documents and repetitive key stroke data entry.  Data is used to create Field Representative routes and supporting documentation and to establish accounts to track student activity.  Must be able to operate computer and other standard office equipment.

Primary Accountabilities: As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be performing one or more of the following tasks.

  1. Enrollment form (EF) data entry: Sort and alphabetize documents and enter all pertinent info into predesigned spreadsheets and validate information provided on forms, consolidates SS on a weekly basis.
  2. Welcome Letters: Using enrollment data and routing information, produce letters for Field Representatives in preparation for activiation routes
  3. Quality Assurance: All data entry specialists are required to do quality assurance checks on all slp’s, routes, data entry, and all miscellaneous activity that is completed in the Data Center.
  4. Scanning: Scan and e-mail completed forms to field representatives.  Fax forms or other information on demand.
  5. SLP Creation: Creates Student learning plans (SLP’s) according to District specific rules and requirements.
  6. Routing: Creates routes in the most efficient manner for field reps, using mapping software to identify the best flow possible for field reps to accomplish their task.
  7. Special Projects: Additional tasks may be requested to be completed based on similarity of function to job duties.

Minimum Qualifications:

1.     Be familiar with applications and formats such as: Excel, Word,  E-mail. Excel – input, copy, print, paste, know cell, row. Column, etc.  Preferred, use of functions, formulas, sorting

2.     Reasoning ability to evaluate forms and assess compliance with specified state-mandated requirements.

3.     Type a minimum of 45 net wpm.

4.     Familiarity with Windows XP/Vista.

5.     Able to work overtime as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

1.     Familiarity or use of Microsoft Access and PDF documents.

2.     Previous data entry experience.

3.     Typing speeds of 55 net wpm.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum BA or BS.

  • Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology. This includes applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services.
  • Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective local, state, or national security operations for the protection of people, data, property, and institutions.

Determines the division of proceeds from the sale of oil and gas produced from wells in which the company has an interest. Position Responsibilities:

Under close supervision analyzes, interprets and maintains oil and gas leases, deeds, ROW’s, and all related instruments which support the validity of the Company’s oil gas and surface assets.  This position is accountable for the initiation and processing of timely and accurate payment of lease and surface agreement obligations, including, without limitation, delay rentals, shut-in and minimum royalty payments and verification of invoices.  This position also responds to all general inquiries and problems affecting the validity of leases, invoices and payments.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Provides administrative support to Land Administration Manager by preparing correspondence, documents, and developing schedules and reports.
  • Analyzes new lease agreements and rights-of-way, farmouts/farmins, and/or joint operating agreements and documents to ensure completeness and accuracy, and adherence to established procedures.
  • Setup and update all leases and contracts in assigned area in a timely manner for accurate reporting of company’s leasehold acreage position and monitoring of lease obligations.  Maintain and update land system.
  • Monitors and prepares lease renewals in a timely manner.
  • Prepares monthly rent schedules and processes rental obligations for all leased properties.  Prepares manual checks for new and renewed leases as needed.
  • Maintains department files including lease files.
  • Prepares documents and paperwork for scanning and input in DocVue.
  • Co-ordinates the transferring of land files to off-site storage.

  • Minimum of one year Oil & Gas experience in lease administration or 2 to 3 years experience in real estate or a related environment.
