Our Dallas, TX client is seeking a Land Tech on a direct hire basis to join their small, well established oil & gas company.

Duties:
- Provide lease analyst support to Land Department.
- Process new leases, contracts, drafts and assignments including file setup, mapping and computer input.
- Prepare check requests for assignments, agreements, etc.
- Prepare various monthly Land Reports.
- Follow-up on inquiries.
- Assist in preparation of various regulatory applications.
- Title research and curative as directed.
- Assist in preparation of various documents.

Requirements:
- The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in leases, division orders, title tranfers, land software (SSI or similar), and MS Office Suite.
- Must be a self-motivated, problem solver who can work without direct supervision
- Extremely organized
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
