Responsibilities:

  • Manage and direct Customer Service Request
  • Direct CEO assistance – filter calls, prioritize needs and actions items
  • Admin. support to the company VP
  • Administrative duties including:

– Sort mail

– filing

– complete vendor apps.

  • Financial support for CEO: Accounts Receivable follow up, vendor payments and payables
  • Responsible for Scheduling:

– CEO calendar

– meetings

– travel plans

– occasional personal needs

  • GE Capital fund management
  • Maintain office supplies and organization
  • Customer relations
  • Order Tracking
