Our Nashville client is looking to hire an Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative to join their growing team

Position Overview:

Assist and support in the achievement of sales and sales leads within assigned markets to support company goals and quotas. Competitive wages with unlimited commission potential.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

     

  • Provide quality service to the company’s customers in all assigned tasks while upholding our values at all times
  • Serve as internal sales support for all operations to achieve or exceed assigned sales goals
  • Drive sales of services by identifying, developing and securing all relevant direct sales opportunities

    •  

     

     

Provide support to internal team members to ensure high customer satisfaction

     

  • Ability to effectively utilize Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Conduct follow up with prospects and customers in a timely manner as required
  • Complete all documentation required in a timely manner
  • Present a professional image at all times to customers and co-workers

    •  

     

     

Required to achieve a pre-determined daily call volume and sales quotas
