Job Duties:

The Office Associate will work directly for the company owner performing a variety of administrative duties as well as sales, production, marketing and financial support functions. The Office Associate will be the first person their prospective customers visit with on the phone and will coordinate production and customer service management from the office.

Requirements:

Education: Associate’s Degree or higher preferred

Experience: The ideal candidate will possess administrative experience in a residential service business or transferable skills from another industry.

Microsoft Word and Excel experience is a must.

Lotus Notes experience is a plus.
