Our Weatherford, TX client is seeking an Administrative Assistant on a contract to possible hire basis.  Excellent growth potential.

Duties:

Answer phones and transfer to appropriate person

Be the first point of contact with customers and answer questions appropriately

Draft letters for CEO

Make bank deposits

File, scan and fax

Payroll and payroll tax filing

Quarterly tax filing

Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

Posting payments

Custom order entry for customers

Light accounting in QuickBooks

Requirements:

Must have excellent customer services skills

At least 2-5 years experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks Pro or QuickBooks Elite

Ability to multitask and maintain a professional demeanor with customers

Positive attitude

Self-motivated

Monday-Friday, 8-5

Business casual environment, laid back office
