Our Garland, TX client is seeking an invoicing/billing clerk on a contract to hire basis for their construction firm.  This position will be responsible for invoicing, accounts payable and receivable and job costing utilizing AIA documents G702 and G703.

Duties and Requirements:

Background in Construction is required

Proficient in QuickBooks

AIA Billing experience required

Extensive experience in Billing and Invoicing

Understands process of invoicing as a sub contractor to a general contractor

Knowledge and experience with Job Costing and vendor/customer relations

Proficient with MS Office Suite, especially Excel
