Job Summary:

  • The successful candidate will receive and process incoming sales and service requests to meet the needs of the customer.

Job Duties:

  • Actively supports the company’s quality process to achieve total satisfaction of customer’s requirements.
  • Answers all incoming requests for products and services.
  • Processes all customer purchase orders.
  • Informs the customer of the order status and takes action to ensure orders are expedited to meet the customer’s needs.
  • Provides copies of literature to customers as needed. (i.e. Operation and maintenance manuals, spec sheets, etc.)
  • Works closely with the Business Unit Leader and Operations Manager, regional sales managers to service new and existing accounts.
  • Prepares all customers quotations per customer specifications.
  • Logs customer complaints, notifies management of any lost sales and initiates resolution of the problem to prevent recurrence.
  • Processes product returns.
  • Maintains complete and current catalogs and price lists for the purpose of providing customers with information and assistance.
  • Assists in the training and development of any new CSR’s.
  • Processes credit memos when needed as outlined in the procedure manual.
  • Sees that all invoice filing is update and easily attainable.
  • Provides proof of deliveries as needed.

Job requirements:

  • Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Product knowledge of industrial safety products a plus.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to read, write and speak English and Spanish.
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Ability to calculate figures including discounts, commissions and volume.

Requirements:
BS in Accounting.
CPA required.
Minimum 10 years relevant experience.
SAP required.
In-depth knowledge of accounting principals and methods with the ability to apply such knowledge to the accounting and business functions.
Strong working knowledge of computerized accounting (SAP required), spreadsheet, and word processing packages.

Responsibilities:
Consult with and provide assistance to CFO and other members of management in special projects and other financial analysis including but not limited to transfer pricing; energy project financial lead; IFRS; tax sharing agreements; BPC project lead; corporate governance.  Measures:  Number of projects completed accurately, on-time and with minimal supervision.

This position coordinates environmental, safety, and health (ESH) affairs for the Corporate Office and supports the ESH team in all company locations. This position is a staff position and does not have line authority, and so must be able to use influence within the line organization to successfully perform many required duties.

Responsibilities:

  • EMS project development, implementation, and on-going support and administration.
  • Safety – OSHA reportable injuries and illnesses.
