Our Austin, TX client has an immediate need for a Client Relations and Operations Assistant. 

Manage the day-to-day operations of the firm by working closely with all team members.
Assists all advisors with the preparation of financial plans, and case designs.
Ensure our clients are comfortable while visiting the office.
Manage the incoming calls as well as confirming and scheduling appointments.
Office duties such as filing and ordering supplies.
Assist in coordinating all public and private speaking engagements and our client appreciation events.
Assists in the daily activities of the office such as new business, transfers, client service items and the preparation of financial plans.

Requirements:
1-2 years experience in customer service
Phone Sales (a plus)
Exel
Word
Adobe
Education preferred
Great phone voice
