Our Franklin (Cool Springs), TN client is looking for an Administrative/Sales Assistant to join their team on a part time (20 hours a week), contract basis.

Main responsibilities will be the following:
Answer phone system while providing excellent customer service.
Direct incoming and interoffice calls accordingly.
Greet clients and vendors and ensure they are directed to the appropriate party.
Create and maintain files.
Data Entry (Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook are a must)
Send and receive faxes and distribute to appropriate personnel
Prepare outgoing mail and packages.
Assist sales team with routine and special projects.
