Our Downtown Fort Worth, Texas client is looking for a contract Legal Office Administrative Assistant to support a small office with 3 Attorneys through the end of the year.

This Legal Office Administrative Assistant will be responsible for front desk receptionist responsibilities as well as duties assisting and reporting to the general counsel. 

These functions include but are not limited to:

answering multiline phones
routing calls
greeting customers
ordering office supplies
scheduling of calendars
creating correspondence
opening and closing files
