Our Houston, TX Client located in the Memorial area is seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Business Partner.  This person will function as a business partner providing strategic human resources related consultation and services to assigned business units, enforcing company policies and procedures, including Federal, State and local regulations. Execute HR initiatives and programs by effectively partnering with all levels of management and employees and by exemplifying a proactive, customer-driven approach to resolving workplace issue

College Degree (Bachelors Level). Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business, Psychology or related field.
The minimum number of years of job related experience required by this job is: Three years Generalist or related professional experience.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
Must possess experience with and understanding of employment/labor laws such as EEO, ADA, FMLA, NLRA, FLSA, etc.
Excellent interpersonal skills as well as verbal and written communication skills.
Good conflict resolution skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a changing business environment.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to assess risks and apply good judgment in making recommendations to all levels of management.
Must be a team player with the ability to serve as coach and counselor to both supervision and co-workers.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
