Our Northwest Houston, TX client is seeking an Executive VP of Sales to build a sales team and increase revenue.  This position will require about 60% travel time.

The  EVP of Sales will be responsible for generating sales with new and existing customers as a way of pursuing the goals and objectives of the company. The position will be focused on expanding product usage within major Oil and Service company operations, as well as managing a sales team.
In addition, the EVP of Sales will assist in defining a strategy for sustainable and profitable growth and driving its implementation. Seeking new business opportunities for involvement and highlighting new products for involvement.
Establish credibility and begin exerting influence at all levels within the organization.
Continue the company’s momentum by winning major sales with new customers.

Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of related experience in the oil and gas industry. Wireline or Drilling experience preferred.

Administrative

Coordinate office cleaning.
Manage in-office storage space; and off-site storage.
Project Administrative Support – Billable Time
Working for and with Contek Project Engineers, Consultants or Project Managers, assist with project documents and reports; task may include proof reading, arranging for off-site printing, producing project binders, including cover sheets and tabs; producing CDs and DVDs; ensuring reports to clients are professional looking with proper formatting, Contek logo and so on; ensure shipping and appropriate recordkeeping.
Provide where required any other clerical assistance on projects, including setting up and maintaining the files on Contek’s network server.
Prepare and send client specific reports e.g. BP Monthly Hours Worked report.
Office Equipment
Toner/printer cartridges supplies – maintain an appropriate inventory of printer cartridges.
Coordinate any maintenance, repair, purchase of office equipment e.g. copiers, printers etc.

Maintains accurate reports and prepares reports related to dental plan enrollment and dental claims received, paid, pending, and in-process
Processes and monitors accounts payable and receivable related to dental claims, making accurate postings to financial ledgers
Perform auditing of claims reimbursements, maintaining audit trails and ensuring proper fiscal controls
Operates internal accounting information systems, microcomputer hardware and software including spreadsheet and word processing programs
Serves as an information source or intermediary regarding dental insurance and dental claims
Performs related duties as assigned.

Our North Dallas, TX client is seeking a Treasury Clerk to prepare monthly bank reconciliations and assist with the daily reconciliation of Partnership bank accounts, including deposits, check requests, wire/ACH transfers and positive pay.  This position is a contract to possible hire opportunity.

Responsibilities:

Print online daily activity reports for all bank accounts and reconcile. Report any discrepancies/negative balances to treasurer.

Receive daily check manifest, prepare deposits and process deposits through remote capture bank software.

Apply daily cash receipts to accounts receivable.

Open daily email from bank regarding positive pay exceptions and process any exceptions as either “pay” or “reject.” Transmit positive pay files electronically to the bank for accounts with check runs.

Prepare entry forms and input entries into Solomon for all transfers, bank debits or credits and revenue wire receipts.

Prepare monthly bank reconciliations for all accounts.

Help accounting department input investor cash receipts and capital contributions to new funds.

Perform non-routine tasks and special projects as assigned by the Treasurer.
