Our Collin County client, is looking for a Staff Engineer with oil and gas experience. This is a direct hire position.

Job Description:
This position will be part of an engineering team focusing on managing the company’s existing assets, the associated reserve database and evaluating new property acquisitions for growth.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Reserves Coordinator
Includes ownership & maintenance of the Company’s Reserve Report(s)
Requires interaction with all HOC functional groups, lending institution representatives and engineering consultants
Involves periodic updates in support of the Company’s financial budget, business management and
Tax processes
Requires working knowledge of operational activities throughout the Company to ensure Reserve
Report completeness, accuracy and maximum book value

Reservoir/Production Engineering & Operations Analysis
Operated & non-operated asset surveillance, troubleshooting and problem solving – non-operated property engineering support (e.g., AFE analysis, expense analysis, etc.) – acquisition and divestiture projects (data rooms, model development, etc.)
Coordinates and directs engineering technician work activities

Responsibilities:
Manages the claims staff and third party administrators (TPAs) in the management of property, environmental and casualty insurance claims, and provides global claims analyses to all stakeholders

Requirements:
4 year college degree in business, statistics, mathematics, or related are

Associate in Claims (AIC),
Associate in Risk Management (ARM)

Our Plano, TX client is looking for an Administrative Assistant that supports the General Manager and relieves of administrative detail.  Works directly with Executive Assistant in California to assist with any projects related to the General Manager and Plano location.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Plans the day around assisting with projects that the General Manager has as a priority.
Maintain General Manager’s calendar (schedule meetings) while in the Plano location.
Responsible for setting up interviews for the General Manager Also, communicate with EA on a regular basis with regards to travel plans and relevant meetings or changes.
Handle projects given by General Manager, Executive Assistant and other managers.

File and maintain vendor contracts and all other building related contracts with a copy sent to EA.
Make travel arrangements for General Manager in the absence of the EA. Arrange hotels and car service for General Manager, incoming sales and clients.
Make all travel arrangements for other Plano staff that are not set up to book their own travel. Maintain receipts to be sent to EA for backup on credit card statements.
Prepare monthly Salesforce reports for the regularly scheduled sales calls. Schedule these calls with the assistance of EA and VP of Marketing.
Maintain and update the ACT database with all new contact information: business cards.
Maintain and update Plano phone lists with any changes and/or new employees.
Prepare regular expense reports for the General Manager and send to EA with backup for approval and processing.
Regularly send any receipts for credit card backup to the EA on a regular basis (FedEx – once week).
Arrange and organize lunches for meetings, clients, weekend lunches, monthly BBQs for Plano location.
Immediately communicate to General Manager when management calls or wants to see them.
Maintain and schedule conference room schedule. Keep organized and supplied with water.
Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and mail for General Manager and applicable departments.
Responsible for maintaining organized information and easily accessible files.
Order office and kitchen supplies through purchasing as needed.
Keeper of all keys for Plano location.
Responsible for contacting telecommunications regarding any phone problems.
Responsible for checking invoices or getting a manager’s signature on check requests.
Handle information requests.
Answer phones / Train Receptionist.

Prepares shop drawings for aluminum curtain wall systems utilizing AutoCAD 2012 LT.
AutoCAD drafters and designers prepare blueprints and drawings used to design aluminum curtain wall structures, and parts and products which will be manufactured or created at a later date for same.
Position entails creating technical details to specify dimensions, materials and sometimes procedures required to complete an aluminum and glass curtain wall project.
Shop fabricators and field erection crews utilize these drawings to successfully complete a project.

Requirements:
Must be proficient in AutoCAD versions 2012 LT
Must be capable of creating shop drawings in AutoCad

Our Dallas, TX client is seeking a Front Office Administrator on a part-time contract to possible hire basis. 

Duties:
Being the first point of contact for the office
Answering phones and greeting customers
Making copies and sending faxes
Assisting customers
Transferring calls utilizing the web-based phone system
Assisting the HR Manager and CEO with administrative tasks
Receiving/distributing mail and handling UPS
Maintaining birthday/event calendar
Ordering office supplies on a weekly basis
Other related duties as assigned

Requirements:
At least 1-3 years in an administrative position
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Self-motivated and resourceful
Reliable
Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
Business Casual environment
Monday-Friday, 12-5
