Our Northwest Houston, TX client is in need of a Marketing Representative for a Direct Hire opportunity.

Summary:
Marketing representative will establish and maintain contacts with members of the health care community to ensure and encourage proper referrals of home health services to patients.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years in home health or related occupation or working knowledge of the home health business including the rules, regulations and laws under which the business is operated, or outside sales experience with ongoing training on home health operations.
Demonstrated communication skills and education with a minimum of a 2 year college degree.
Commitment to agency compliance policies and Code of Conduct.

Duties:
Maintain and enhance relationships with health care professionals by regular contact in accordance with policies and procedures and professional and compliant standards of conduct.
Promote company with general public through coordination and oversight of community activities such as Health Fair’s and other public service activities.
Increase and maintain admissions through development and promotion of company’s patient programs. Participate and assist in development of patient care programs directed at specific health care needs.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and documentation of client, public, and health care professional contacts and communications.
Maintain current working knowledge of laws and regulations applicable to healthcare marketing and home health operations.
