Frontline Source Group – temporary staffing and direct hire firm – is looking for a Support Specialist for our Nashville, TN client on a temporary to possible hire basis.

This position is responsible for the quality assurance function within the CPAP Support Center and inspects order and supporting documentation, prior to submitting it to a billing location, to determine if the paperwork is present and completed accurately.  The position also coordinates the correction and resubmission of paperwork returned by a billing location as non-compliant.

Qualifications:
High School graduate.
Minimum of 1 year experience in home medical equipment industry.
Knowledge of Medicare DMERC guidelines and requirements.
Detail oriented with the capability to apply knowledge of DMERC guidelines and Company business office procedures to position.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Training, & Abilities:
Successful completion of all scheduled New Employee Orientation Programs.
Successful completion of all training requirements.
Skill to read, write, and perform both mathematics calculations and the English language effectively.
Ability to work independently, be detail oriented and have excellent organizational skills.
Ability to lift or carry 25 lbs.
Ability to communicate independently and verbally with personable and effective speaking skills.
Effective communications skills.

Physical & Sensory Requirements (with or without the aid of mechanical devices):
Primary Functions
Inspect order paperwork completed by CPAP Support Center Specialists to determine if all documents required to process the order are present and accurately completed
Quality Check each order prior to shipment to ensure order accuracy and patient eligibility.
Inspect Insurance Verification Forms, Assignment of Benefits, Prescriptions and Referrals to assure accuracy prior to submitting to the billing center.
Electronically transmit orders with supporting documentation to the responsible billing location via the scanning software.
Submit Master File Update requests to the appropriate billing center for updates to individual patient records in the Mesta System
Manage the Accept/Reject report and coordinate the correction of returned orders and supporting documentation to assure they are corrected and returned to the billing location in a timely manner.
Work with CPAP Support Center Supervisors on the development and implementation of on-going training of the CPAP Support Center Specialists
Provide feedback to branch management on the quality of orders and supporting documentation submitted to you for review.
