If you have demonstrated success in the staffing industry in a role of business development, negotiation, communication, customer service and problem-solving in a fast-paced business environment, we want to talk to you! In this position, you would be responsible for aggressively sourcing and driving new business with clients with staffing needs within the Technology, Human Resource, Administrative, Legal, Accounting & Finance, and Oil & Gas industries who are seeking to hire top tier professionals.
Develop and grow personal client base by marketing FSG services for temporary, contract to hire and direct hire staffing solutions.
Market to clients via telephone as well as conduct in-person meetings with key hiring managers and senior-level executives, for the purpose of promoting and selling FSG services to prospective clients and building on existing client relationships.
Negotiate bill rates and conversion fees with clients.
Resolve any customer service issues quickly and efficiently to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Responsible for solidifying Frontline’s presence in the local marketplace through consistent participation in networking organizations and events.
Continue to build relationships with key clients through outstanding customer service
Uncover additional opportunities through contact with temporary professionals on assignment and client companies to grow FSG business and uncover job opportunities for FSG candidates.
Must have a “hunter” mentality
Must have 2 years of Staffing Agency Sales experience, no EXCEPTIONS
College degree is highly preferred
Excellent customer service, sales, and relationship building skills.
A consultative approach to sales.
The ability to communicate effectively and efficiently through verbal and written correspondence.
A positive attitude and team-player mentality with the ability to work independently as well as on a team.
