Our Midland/Odessa, TX client is seeking an Account Manager specializing in Directional Drilling on a Direct Hire basis.
This is an opportunity to join a well-known company with a great reputation, established client base, and opportunity for growth. The ideal candidate has current experience in directional drilling or related fields (MWD, LWD, wireline, etc.), is self-motivated, and ready to hit the ground running.
Primary Responsibilities:
Creation and implementation of strategies to generate sales opportunities
Technical, commercial, and operational support provided for all clients
Generate new leads and close deals
Establish and maintain client relationships
Develop and maintain contact with key decision-makers within the customer base
Networking and liaison with operations team
Generate and submit bids to customers as requested
Relate field/customer challenges to management as they arise
Providing excellent customer service by maintaining strong communications with all levels within accounts
Working with operations to maintain knowledge of capacity and availability of services
Primary Requirements:
2-5+ years of related field experience (i.e. Drilling, MWD, LWD, DD, or wireline)
Bachelor’s degree is preferred but will consider relevant experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong work ethic and drive to grow
