Accountant / Bookkeeper – Accounts Payable
Our client, located in The Woodlands, TX, is in need of a Staff Accountant / Bookkeeper with a strong AP background for a Contract to possible hire role. They are looking for someone who can get started very quickly.

Wireline and managed pressure drilling company
Multiple offices across the globe
Your Role:
This person will work heavily in Accounts Payable, but will also train as backup for the Accounts Receivable function
Will work heavily in Great Plans / GP Dynamix
Will maintain accounting ledgers
Record monthly journal entries
Bank Reconciliation
Assist with other duties as assigned
Background Profile:
Bachelor’ s degree in accounting or similar field is preferred, but will consider candidates with strong Bookkeeping skills
MUST have strong bookkeeping skills
MUST have experience with Great Plains / GP Dynamix (2+ recent years)
MUST have strong Excel skills
3+ years of experience in Accounting
Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred
