Our Austin, TX client, full-service construction company, is seeking an Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable specialist with payroll experience.

This person will be in charge of managing the Accounts Payable. He/She will need to be able to handle payroll per week as well as keep documentation of billing and invoices.
Requirements:
Experiece with AIA Draw Requests and Lien Releases
Accounts Payable experience
Payroll experience
Billing experience
Must have QuickBooks Construction software experience
2 year degree or equivalent work experience
Accounting Background
Must be willing to work some flexible hours or Overtime
