Our Austin, TX client is seeking an experienced administrative assistant on a contract to possible hire basis:

Duties include, but are not limited to:
Provide support to President/CEO
Organize and facilitate day to day administrative procedures
Monitor general email box, company voicemail, schedule monthly meetings.
Develop marketing materials and also work on social media sites to increase company visibility
Publication of monthly newsletter
Update company website as needed
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Minimum three years of administrative experience. No exceptions!
MS Office Programs (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Must be an independent worker
Degree strongly preferred
Ability to type 50 wpm
