Our Austin, TX client is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for a contract to possible hire opportunity.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
Provide support to President/CEO/Executives
Organize and facilitate day to day administrative procedures
Monitor general email box, company voicemail, schedule monthly meetings.
General administrative tasks-front desk reception, answer phones, filing, mailings, travel booking, expense reports
Organize and maintain busy meeting and travel schedule
Additional Duties as Assigned

Qualifications:
Minimum two to three years of executive administrative experience
MS Office Programs (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Must have experience in interaction with senior executives
Excellent communication skills (oral, written and interpersonal)
Very strong organizational skills
