Our Houston, TX client, located in the Galleria area is looking for an Administrative Assistant.
This person will be supporting the Office Operations Manager with Administrative Duties such as:
Answering Phones & Taking Messages
Greeting Guests for Meetings
Making coffee/Cleaning break room and reception areas
Opening and Sorting Mail
Entering Bills into Quickbooks
Entering Credit Card Receipts into Quickbooks
Scanning & Faxing Documents
2+ years of experience in an Administrative Assistant or Receptionist role
HS Diploma required; college degree preferred
Strong data entry skills and Microsoft Office skills are required
QuickBooks experience preferred, but not required
They do have customers and vendors in and out of our office all day long, so this person will need to be friendly and be able to welcome the guests as they arrive.
This position will start as part-time, but has the potential to go to full-time for the right candidate
