Administrative Assistant – Irving TX

Our client in Irving, TX is looking for an Administrative Assistant for a contract to possible hire.  The selected candidate will have the following skill set:

Job Responsibilities:
Review new user requests
Setup and track accounts
Communicate with users on account activity over the phone and email
Other administrative duties as assigned

The chosen candidate will be extremely reliable and have the ability to have control of a number of tasks/situations at one time.

Skills Required:
1+ years Administrative Assistant experience
HS Diploma or equivalent experience
Proficient with Microsoft Windows 7 OS
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, specifically:  Word, Excel, Outlook
Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail

Positive and upbeat attitude
Word independently without close supervision
