Our client in Little Rock, AR is looking for an Administrative Assistant. The selected candidate will have the following skill set:
The administrative assistant shall perform general office duties to include accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll duties.
Heavy invoicing, oversight of maintaining the job log and making follow-up calls to customers on past due accounts
Maintaining and reconciling petty cash, coordinating and entering monthly American Express reports, and oversight of coordinating and obtaining approvals on job costs and operating expenses
Oversight of obtaining and receiving daily job crew sheets and time sheets, making calculations, and submitting weekly payroll reports to the corporate office
5+ years’ of office administration experience required
1+ years’ of recent Quickbooks experience
Quickbooks Enterprise version preferred
High School diploma required
Great attention to detail and excellent organizational skills required
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees, customers, and vendors required
Basic math, and an entry level understanding of accounting required
Must have ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
