Our Nashville client is looking for a temp-to-possible hire Administrative Assistant.
Provide administrative support to the management team including assisting with calendars, letters, documentation, client meetings, and travel arrangements.
Responsible for picking up and processing company mail in the morning, dropping off outgoing mail in the afternoon, making bank runs, and other local transportation runs, as needed.
Assisting in time and attendance corrections.
Perform data entry functions/projects as assigned by management when need arises.
Work with minimum supervision while adhering to company policies and meeting performance goals.
Maintenance of our CRM software Salesforce.com and credit disputing processes E-Oscars.
Assist with switchboard and payment window when needed.
Duties are subject to change based on needs.
Skills/Qualifications for this position include:
High school diploma or GED
Administrative clerical experience, preferably in collection or hospital setting
Proficiency with computer systems and data entry, preferably in FACS
Attendance, reliability, and a strong work ethic are key requirements for this position.
High proficiency with Microsoft Office software, CRM software, and Visual studio software like Visio
