Our South Austin, TX client is seeking an Administrative Assistant on a contract to possible hire basis. This is for a small Custom Home Building company offering excellent potential for growth.

Duties:
Assisting Executives with day to day administrative functions including answering phones, sending email, faxes, scanning, copying, etc.
Assisting with selections for custom homes and acting as liasion between vendors and customers
Heavy use of Outlook email for correspondence
Utilizing marketing software and assisting with marketing initiatives
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
At least 2 years experience in an Administrative role
Experience in the construction or custom home building industry
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Must be able to type 70 WPM
Must be outgoing and confident
Experience in a small, busy office and able to take on many tasks at once
Flexible
Monday-Friday, 8-5
