Our Lake Jackson, TX client is seeking a contract ADP Payroll Lead. This is a six month contract assignment.
Responsibilities/ Requirements:
– Processing multi-branch / multi-compensation plans; over 300 employees paid a combination of bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly.
– 3-5 years of related experience working in a multiple branch (14 locations), mid-size or larger organization ($250MM in sales).
– Extensive experience with ADP PayXpert and EzLabor, including conversions and training.
– Experience with multi-branch / multi-compensation plans; over 300 employees paid a combination of bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly.
– Extensive knowledge of payroll accounting and related GAAP treatment.
– Knowledge of benefit accounting and 401k and ERISA rules and regulations.
– Requires hands on, can-do spirit in a collaborative work environment.
