Our Dallas client is looking for an AP Supervisor to join their growing team on a contract to possible hire basis.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

Minimum of 5-8 years Full-Cycle/High Volume Accounts Payable experience; preferably in an oil and gas setting

Poilshed and professional demeanor is a requirement
-
Strong background managing people and helping to grow a group
-
Must be well-spoken and able to communicate with a variety of vendors
-
Must be proficient in Excalibur software (minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working in this software)
-
Match, Batch and Code a minimum of 500 invoices a week; experience with a mid-sized company is preferred

Oil and Gas experience HIGHLY preferred
