Our Dallas, TX client is seeking an Electrical Applications Engineer. This person must understand the transmission and distribution of electricity. This position requires up to 40% travel.

Responsibilities:
Provide technical presentations and demonstrations of products to support product sales.
Technical liaison to sales team in set up and maintenance process.
Provide application assistance to customers on software and hardware.
Provide application-testing support on new developing products.
Write technical notes and papers on various products and applications for publication and presentation.
Requirements:
Requires experience and working knowledge in electrical systems protection and control. Hands on testing experience is preferred.
Strong computer skills including knowledge of various Window platforms, software installation, communications setup and Microsoft Office is required.
Computer programming for electrical measuring instrumentation and systems experience is an asset.
Minimum five years related experience.
BSEE in electrical power.
