Our client in Irving, TX Is looking for a Telemarketing Assistant Manager:

Bilingual helpful, not required
Any shift between 7:30 am – 10:30 pm; 2 Saturdays/month 9:00 am – 2:00 pm; on call the duration of call center hours; still a bit TBD
3+ years telemarketing call center management experience required
Extensive prior experience with auto dialer functions and administration
High School Diploma / Some college preferred

Required Skills:
Advanced level MS Office 2007; 60 wpm / 10,000+ ksph
Solid, proven sales skills
EXCELLENT written and verbal communication skills/Spanish a plus
Ability to quickly determine priorities and realign them as necessary
Ability to work against deadlines in a dynamic environment
Excellent organizational skills
Solid customer service skills – with both internal and external customers
Ability to handle escalated calls and coach call center team members accordingly
Ability to adapt to change quickly and willingly
