JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the respective department manager, this position performs the administrative, facilitative coaching and development duties necessary to lead and maintain a high performing team that is motivated to achieve the business goals of the call center and the Company. • Promotes revenue generation as outlined by the departmental scorecards.   Utilizes incentives and contests to motivate team members resulting in team achievement of goals. Consistently coaches to, implements and executes company preferred sales techniques.
• Performs analysis to determine present and future operational performance relating to the Call Center. Gathers, analyzes, prepares, and summarizes recommendations for operational plans, trended future requirements, etc.
• Performs on-going analysis of Call Center performance including tracking and analyzing performance and reporting actual performance to standards; analyze performance trends and impact on goal achievement.
• Assist Call Center leadership in identifying issues that may adversely affect Call Center performance.
• Uses a variety of database software techniques to produce various media tools such as: reports, charts, graphs, lists, and labels, memos with exposure to SQL Server and ACCESS databases.
• Maintains various database tables by inputting new or changed information. Assures database and report correctness by checking data accuracy, applying reasonability checks, maintaining audit trails.
• Interprets available data to point out significant trends in operational statistics, and prepares conclusions and forecasts based on those trends.
• Creates an environment in which team members are focused on the ultimate customer and employee experience. Proactively identifies opportunities to improve the customer experience through coaching and mentoring team members.
• Demonstrates a high degree of leadership, high personal standards, and professional ethics.  Promotes a positive work environment.

• Four years of positive customer service experience in productivity- based environment is required.
• Two years related advanced education required.  Four year degree preferred.    Additional positive customer service experience may be substituted.  Individuals without the advanced education requirement will need a minimum of six years customer service experience in a productivity based environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, with proficiency in Excel and Word.
• Experience giving presentations to an audience, resulting in effective communication to a team or audience.
• Proficiency with relational database management systems including Microsoft Access and Microsoft SQL 2000 or greater.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.  Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.  Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.  Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
• Experience with web programming languages including HTML and ASP.
• A minimum of two years previous leadership experience with a primary focus on coaching and developing others is required.

Position Purpose:

  • Other activities required during proposal and post proposal
  • Contribute to efforts in securing orders through intimate knowledge of large project specifications, proposals, and terms and conditions.
  • Ensures that all parties (customer, Sales Representative, and factory) are kept abreast of the progress of proposals/orders.
  • Communicates directly with the Sales Representative by informing him/her of all ongoing activities and all written and significant verbal correspondence.
  • Work extensively with other company inter-disciplinary groups in resolving customer’s problems.
  • Acquire and maintain an in-depth knowledge of specifications and terms and conditions of company’s key accounts.
  • Adheres to company and department policies, procedures, and standards
  • Supports, cooperates with, and participates in company-wide EHS Management System which includes following all safety, health and environmental policies and procedures. Supports and cooperates in company-wide Quality Management effort.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required.
  • Knowledge of pumps, systems, applications, and hydraulics.
  • Proficient Math and excellent computer skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Spanish.(bilingual preferred not required)
  • Three year’s experience in comparable applications or engineering position preferred

Experience:

  • Prepare and analyze monthly status reports on A/R accounts, including listings of accounts with invoices over 60 days old, for review by the credit manager, company presidents, and sales personnel.
  • Answer inquiries for credit references with past, factual experience.
  • Authority to approve new accounts up to $100,000.
  • Authority to hold any shipments to delinquent accounts.
  • Process charge card sales.
  • Analyze sales order entered reports by auditing terms, limits, hold codes, and need for job information.
  • Send prelien notices, bond claims, and lien filings within time frames dictated by each job-location state.
  • Responsible for organizing dispute meetings for disputed balances on accounts.

Qualifications:

Personal Assistant – Dallas Texas

Our Dallas, TX client is seeking a Personal Assistant- House Assistant.  They are looking for an individual who can multi-task, welcomes new assignments and projects, and is flexible and imaginative.  This position is located at a home.  Also this person should also be willing to accept phone calls during the evenings and on weekends from the home residence and their family.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Providing secretarial support.

Must be flexible and multi-task oriented.

Answering the house phone.

Processing the mail.

Travel arrangements.

Work daily with stock computer program (keep both machines updated and operational, one being laptop for traveling use).

Organize social and political events held at house.

Arrange auction bids and shipments for pieces purchased.

Supervise household staff of 3.

Keep extensive household and book inventory as well as other spreadsheets.

Maintain bank accounts.

Handle payroll reports for house staff.

Keep track of budgets, payment of bills, etc.

Other non-secretarial duties include taking residence of the home to various doctor appointments, helping check blood pressure, glucose levels, eye pressure, helping with diet plans, etc.

Qualifications:

BA is desirable (or at least two years of college).

Minimum of 5+ years experience as a Personal Assistant.

Excellent verbal, written and communication skills.

Proficient in Word and Excel.

Ability to work independently with little supervision or direction.

Must be proactive in finding solutions.

Speedwriting or shorthand is a big plus, as well as the ability to quickly read back the shorthand and make revisions where necessary.

Must possess the ability to concentrate and have good attention capabilities.

  • Posts from various journals used for accounts in general and/or subsidiary ledgers.
  • Locates and corrects routine journalism and posting errors.
  • Prepare journal entries.
  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve accounting discrepancies.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of related experience.
  • Must have strong background in cash reconciliations.

Our client is looking for a contract Office Coordinator.  The Office Coordinator will perform a variety of administrative and marketing duties.  This is a fast-paced, high pressure environment – with continual innovation and personal growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist brokers with document preparation to include: Letters of Intent, Commission Agreements, Contracts,  REV deal forms, spreadsheets and other documents
  • Manage revenue-tracking database, inclusive of calculating splits, commissions, and A/R
  • Maintain deal files, including filing correspondence, contracts, listings and other documents
  • Utilize graphic design software (Adobe CS3, specifically InDesign) and web-based templates to create and update marketing material
  • Create and foster working relationships with current and prospective clients
  • Assimilate market tour books by preparing demographics, site criteria sheets, and requesting maps and aerials from the research department
  • Provide brokerage telephone support and informational assistance using multi-line phone system
  • Participate in rotation to cover main phone line
  • Handle travel arrangements
  • Manage projects and tasks to completion
  • Assist with outside messenger services, couriers, vendors, contractors and mail delivery
  • Miscellaneous duties as directed

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3 plus years related work experience
  • High school diploma
  • Advanced working knowledge of Power Point, Excel and Word
  • Knowledge of Adobe CS3 graphic software programs (InDesign, Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Possess complete attention to detail and exemplify excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Professional demeanor and initiative to learn and take ownership of position
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills are essential
  • Ability to “drill down” and figure things out – provide solutions to problems
  • Work independently, as well as thrive in a team environment with a team player attitude
  • Open and receptive to new technologies
