Our Fort Worth client is looking for an AX 2009 Developer to join their team. This is a contract to possible hire position.
Title: Application Developer
Reports to: Application Development Manager
Fort Worth, TX
Job purpose:
The Application Developer will develop, maintain, and configure Enterprise Resource Planning applications via a Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 platform using best practice software development life cycle standards. The Application Developer will develop, maintain, and configure corporate SharePoint sites.
Key responsibilities and account-abilities:

Configure and support Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 ERP all module
-
Develop and maintain Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 ERP custom functionality all modules
-
Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 ERP administration and security maintenance
-
Configure and support corporate SharePoint sites
-
Develop and maintain corporate SharePoint sites
-
Provide end-user support and training for developed and maintained applications
-
Document all applications developed
-
Follow the software development life cycle (SDLC) for all projects
-
Collaborate with Data Solutions Developers to support enterprise reporting solutions
Required skills:
-
Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 (3-5 years minimum)
-
SQL Server Database 2005/2008 (5+ years minimum)
-
SharePoint (2+ years minimum)
-
Version control software application familiarity
Desired skills:
-
SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) – (2005/2008)
-
SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) – (2005/2008)
-
Transact SQL.NET
-
Familiarity with Oil and Gas industry

Familiarity with Accounting, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain business processes
