Our client in Plano, TX Is looking for a Benefit Counselor .  The selected candidate will have the following skill set:

Job description:
This position is responsible for answering employee benefits related questions and conducting benefit enrollments within call center environment.  Position uses standard scripting to answer incoming calls.  Will conduct security checks to validate calls, obtain appropriate information to process benefit enrollments and provide information to assist in making benefit decisions.  Attain company quality and production standards. 

Duties:
Answering calls about benefits
Escalation of calls in question
Explaining insurance benefits
Explaining open enrollment procedures and policies

Requirements:
College degree or equivalent experience is required.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and strong keyboarding skills required.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Bilingual in Spanish/English a plus.
