Benefits Data Analyst Role:
The Benefits Data Analyst will interact with carriers and client’ s payroll teams, and will manage client issue resolution and export documentation and set-up. Will work on a team within the Operations department.
Responsibilities will include:
Quality assurance tasks
Assist with client implementations
Review and understand business and plan design requirements
Build/update vendor interfaces and coordinate system testing
Generate and monitor ongoing client issues and deliverables
Test and review, quality check, export files
Audit data transfers, incoming and outgoing
Review documentation of procedures and identify process improvements
Assist the Benefits Administrator on day-to-day administration and issue resolution
Special projects as assigned
Benefits Data Analyst Background Profile:
The Benefits Data Analyst will have a Bachelor’ s degree or related experience
Advanced Excel skills – pivot tables, vlookups, macros, formulas etc.
Basic MS Office Suite
Medium Access knowledge
Crystal Reporting a plus
Strong ability to Analyze data and research inconsistencies and correct the information
Ability to provide excellent customer service
Strong organizational, analytical and trouble shooting skills
Strong attention to detail and logical problem solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
