Our client in Arlington, TX Is looking for a Bilingual Account Service Supervisor:

Education/Experience:
High School Diploma / Some college preferred
2+ years Call Center experience required
Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
Willingness and ability to work any shift between 7:30 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. Monday-Friday
Leadership/Supervisory experience
Intermediate level MS Word and Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills

Major Duties/Performance Factors:
Responsible for handling and/or overseeing all incoming /outgoing customer calls as pertains to active and inactive customers in attempt to collect past due balances.
Proactively identify collection needs and meet accordingly to provide permanent solutions
Take escalated customer calls to resolve issues pertaining to collections on accounts
Heavy employee coaching and training to ensure company and employee goals are met
Answer calls in the queue as needed to maintain desired call hold times
Provide a positive and professional phone interaction on every call
Exercise acute business acumen, balancing customer service skills with all Texas Power internal goals
Exude infinite customer service to both internal and external customers
Foster a team spirit through trust, respect and courtesy
Adhere to attendance expectations, quality control procedures, company policies and ethical standards as set forth by leadership team
Remain flexible to changes, recognizing the importance of open-mindedness in a dynamic industry
Ability to quickly determine priorities and realign them as necessary
Ability to work against deadlines
Ability to adapt to change quickly and willingly
Initiative and the drive to continually seek efficiency in processes and procedures
