Our North Dallas, TX client is seeking a Bilingual Claims Representative on a contract to possible hire basis.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service while responding to members and technician inquiries such as claim and repair facilitation in a timely and professional manner
Respond to callers via telephone while meeting all client guidelines and performance standards
Maintain current and ongoing product knowledge
Maintain quality customer service with ongoing training and support
Education of new members and re-education of existing members regarding company contract
Requirements:
Must be able to fluently read, write and speak in Spanish and English
At least 1 year of claims experience
Willingness to learn and grow with the company
Ability to work independently
High School Diploma Required
