Our client, a privately held global organization specializing in petroleum technology is seeking a Bilingual Customer Operations Specialist to join their team. Description:
Augments customer relationships and expedites revenue recognition by performing all tasks related to quote to cash (QTC) process
Performs delivery activities as required to support an assigned region, global account, or customer segment
Contributions impact a revenue center’s viability or its quality of service directly affecting value creation

Essential Job Duties
Satisfying business demands in a timely & effective manner within company guidelines by facilitating communications between the QTC (quote to cash) process functional teams (Sales, Finance, & Customer Support) and performing assigned activities
Presales activities to include customer facing, forecast facilitation & quotation management
Product delivery activities to include product order management, software releases, license, contract management, as well as invoicing
Accountable for aspects of analytical/reconciliation reporting (related to orders and reconciliation) and subsequent analysis of these reports, and complying with all company policies and procedures
Work closely with sales and finance departments to facilitate revenue recognition (Service sector experience in the order to cash process a plus)
Accountable for customer master list and financial/revenue data integrity of assigned accounts
Communication and administration of customer contracts in accordance with company Terms and Conditions
Demonstrates strong communication and active listening skills, the ability to effectively work in a multi-lingual/cultural and multi-locational team environment across global time zones
Effectively plans and manages time to perform assignments
Gathers and analyzes information based on customer needs and communicates internally with timely
service delivery
Contributes to account planning process, and appropriately responds to specific customer inquiries and escalates as needed
Demonstrates the capability to handle sensitive client data and is able to understand and effectively problem solve
May also be required to perform office management tasks in addition to defined quote to cash accountabilities

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Finance/Business is required
0 – 3+ years of experience in business administration and the quote to cash process preferably in a sales or service industry familiar with sales administration and financial aspects of a business
Experience with an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system is preferred
Bilingual in Spanish required
Strong understanding of the sales administration function and sales cycle
Excellent written, verbal communication, and facilitation skills, ability to multitask, and adaptable
Strong use of MS office products, particularly Word & Excel
Customer service focused, proactive, self-motivated, and enthusiastic
