Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Houston Texas

Our Houston, TX client located near The Heights is in need of a Contract to Hire entry-level Bilingual Customer Service Representative for their Insurance Agency.

Responsibilities:

     

  • Answer heavy incoming calls and be able to answer insurance related questions
  • Advise customers on policy changes
  • Must be able to see opportunities to bring in sales and new business (opportunity for monthly commission)
  •  

Requirements:

     

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)Willing to train for the state P & C license. Test to be taken within the first 6 months. Company provided training.
  • Great communication skills
  • Not afraid to ask questions
  • Minimum 3 years work experience in a professional setting and job stability
  • Desire to learn a new career
  •
