Our Channelview, TX client is seeking a three month contract Bilingual HR Administrative Assistant to cover a maternity leave.

Responsibilities:

Make time clock changes; correct any discrepancies.

Keep record of Semi- Monthly Absentee sheets.

Put together New Hire packets and prepare New Hire folders.

Review payroll hours for temporary employees.  Adjust as needed then forward to the temporary agencies.

Invoice coding for temporary agencies.

Sort and distribute payroll checks.

Support and participate in the organization’s Continual Improvement Program to conform to ISO 9001 requirements by complying with Quality Policies and Procedures and meeting Quality Objectives.

Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements:

Minimum two years experience in a similar role.

MS Word and Excel experience is required.

Attention to detail.

Ability to work in a busy environment.

Bilingual- English/ Spanish.

Must keep HR information confidential.

Good organizational skills.
