Frontline Source Group – temporary staffing and direct hire firm – is looking for a Bilingual Receptionist for our Houston, TX client on a Temporary to Possible Hire basis.

Your role with the company:
The Bilingual Receptionist is responsible for managing the front office area and using their genuine customer service approach to assist clients. The position’s accountabilities include handling phones, informing clients what their payment requirements are after a visit, entering summaries from previous days visits, ordering supplies for the various departments, etc. This is a position that requires a strong ability to multi-task and maintain a positive attitude.
Background Profile:
3+ years in a similar position
HS diploma required
Bilingual –fluent in Spanish required
Excellent organizational and communication skills
A true customer service approach to their work
