Our Fremont, California based client is seeking a Business Development Manager for a direct hire opportunity.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Maintain target accounts and develop strategic new OEM/ODM business opportunities
Develop and maintain customer relationships with existing corporate accounts
Develop high level customer relationships and execute sales strategy within competitive accounts
Coordinate and drive the communication and actions to solve customer-related difficulties.
Provide regular forecast information for all opportunities
Minimum 5 year’s sales experience in the fiber optical industry-MANDATORY
BS/MS degree preferred
Need to be an effective communicator
Willingness to work additional hours in order to meet tight deadlines
Experience in sales account management
Previous experience in the environment of Telecom/Datacom/Cable/Enterprise Networks
Excellent presentation skills
Proficient in MS Office applications
Ability to travel
