Our Fremont, California based client is seeking a Business Development Manager for a direct hire opportunity.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Impact the profitability of the company through ensuring strategic and tactical management decisions and new business development
Competitor and Market Analysis
Develop and lead the Business Development team in sourcing, managing and implementing new business opportunities
Support the overall process of management and corporate decision-making to ensure the organization maximizes its profitability
Maintain and develop organizational culture, values and reputation in its markets.
Must have a college degree
Must have a “can do” attitude
3 to 5 years minimum of sales experience in the Technical field, fiber optic sales a plus
Good project and time management
Need to be an effective communicator
Willingness to work additional hours in order to meet tight deadlines
Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with people in course of work
