Our client in Plano, TX Is looking for an Call Center Account Representatives. The selected candidate will have the following skill set:
Interact with network members (healthcare professionals) to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests during pre and post broadcast activities.
Perform outbound telemarketing calls using a provided script
Maintain data integrity, document and track all calls made during telerecruiting via Salesforce.com
Save all marketing documentation to the shared drive at end of each day
Answer inbound telephone calls in regards to client company programs according to guidelines and regulations
Document call details, and update call progress daily, create report as necessary
Register participants on-line through registration portal
Recognize, track, document and alert manager of trends in outbound and inbound calls
Participate as customer service support representative for live event as required, may possibly include evening hours
High School diploma or equivalent
Ability to make out bound phone calls to prospects
Knowledgeable and proficient in Microsoft Office Suites (Excel, Word and Outlook)
Flexibility to work extended hours into the late evening from time to time
