Our Farmers Branch, TX client is seeking a Call Center Supervisor on a contract to possible hire basis in the security industry.
Effectively manage a team of customer service representatives while monitoring, evaluating, and analyzing their call center performances
Oversight of all call center activities including: Alarm input, Video surveillance, customer inquiries and complaints
Compiling necessary reports
Ability to communicate efficiently with other groups throughout the company about up to-date information and productive activity
Previous experience in a supervisory customer service role required
Previous industry experience in Security preferred
Business to Consumer, B2C, experience
Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment
Strong computer skills including MS Windows, Word, Outlook, and Excel
Must have excellent interpersonal skills and a positive personality
Excellent problem solving skills
Strong service orientation and professionalism
