Frontline Source Group – temporary staffing and direct hire firm – is looking for a Cisco Voice Architect/Engineer for our Austin, TX client on a 6 month contract basis.
Job Duties:
Plan and implement VoIP consulting engagements
Design, stage, configure, implement and support Cisco VoIP installations
Participate in design of LAN/WAN networks providing core guidance based on design standards
Work with sales and technical teams to prospect and develop Cisco Unified Communications design and installation support
Candidate Background Profile:
4 to 5 years experience in Cisco Call Center Enterprise Package
4 to 5 years of network administration experience
Certified in CCNP Voice as well as UCCED and UCCEI (Unified contact Center Enterprise Design and Implementation)
