Our busy and growing client in Arlington, TX is looking for a Commission Analyst on a contract to possible hire basis.

Commission Analyst Role:
The Commission Analyst is responsible for processing commissions and responding to questions related to their commissions.
Working within our database prepare and process commission payouts
Assist clients with questions in reference to their commission payouts, entering and updating data in our proprietary software as well as responding to clients in a professional manner via email
Audit your daily work to ensure accuracy and make any necessary changes as needed with approval
Work with the Manager to resolve escalated issues
Prioritize and understand the workflow, deadlines and requirements for each individual customer as well as meet processing deadline
Commission Analyst Background Profile:
Bachelor’ s degree or equivalent preferred
Utilize strong analytical skills, ensure accuracy, research and correct errors
Possess and utilize critical thinking skills when data looks inaccurate
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to read and match numbers, letters and specific data on documents / files
Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task
Demonstrated customer service skills
Strong knowledge of MS Office – specifically Word and Excel
