Frontline Source Group  – temporary staffing and direct hire firm – is looking for a Corporate Recruiter for our North Fort Worth, TX client on a direct hire basis.

Summary:
The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting including sourcing, interviewing, testing and recommending applications for all positions throughout the company.

Job Responsibilities:
Recruit, screen, and interview candidates as appropriate for non-exempt and exempt level positions throughout the company using behavioral interviewing techniques
Maintain applicant tracking system by keeping applicant and job data current and up to date according to established procedures
Responsible for maintaining job posting on recruiting web site(s)
Identify and utilize cost effective sourcing techniques to identify candidates though internet/web mining, networking, cold calling, job fairs and other creative techniques
Responsible for conducting pre-employment testing, processing background checks, generating offer letters and collecting interview notes from managers on all candidates
Establish effective relationships with hiring managers/supervisors to determine expectations and requirements for positions
Conduct new hire orientation on a regular basis
Produce service center & production reporting
Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in the efficiency of the recruiting process
Provide direction and position information to placement agencies for professional searches.
Assist with HR related projects as needed
Must be able to build and maintain strong pipeline of candidates
Must be able to  conduct professional passive recruiting
Knowledge of employment law
Knowledge of behavioral interviewing techniques preferred

Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft office products including Word, Excel and Power Point
Solid relationship building skills
Excellent communication skills, including oral and written
Excellent influence and persuasion skills
Strong decision making and initiative skills
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field of study preferred
4-7 years professional corporate recruiting experience
Call Center Recruiting is preferred, or production environment required
Recruiting certification is preferred
Experience utilizing ATS is a plus
