Our Dallas, TX client is seeking a CRM Specialist for their business development team.  This is a direct hire position.

The primary role of this non-exempt position is the management of the data contained in the firm’s content-enabled client relationship management (CRM) database and the efficient mining, reporting and use of competitive intelligence data to help drive the firm’s overall marketing and business development efforts. The individual will work in the Business Development Department to maintain data quality (primarily qualitative) for Windows and web-based versions of the firm’s contact database (InterAction).

Duties and Requirements:
Perform ongoing maintenance tasks such as reviewing and processing database user changes to contact data (changes to name, phone, address, email).
Support use of e-marketing program to develop and send alerts and invitations.
Perform database searches and audits to ensure data integrity; examine data for correctness and completeness; perform imports, exports and reporting as needed.
Identify and merge duplicates according to set procedures as well as using judgment to identify and correct records ad hoc.
Support law firm staff and attorneys with email and phone support in their use of database (web-based). Coordinate with Helpdesk on user issues as necessary.
Perform user training as needed.
Support Business Development staff as power users of database (Windows version).
Assist with marketing lists, automated RSVP system and other ad hoc projects.
Perform Internet research utilizing a variety of sources to validate and correct data.
Perform competitive and market intelligence research and data analysis support relating to clients, targets and personnel.
Other related duties and tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
Experienced in Microsoft CRM System
Demonstrated project discipline and experience. Must be organized, focused, and driven towards established deliverable dates.
Ability to effectively communicate on all levels in both verbally and written.
Must be able to adapt to an ever-changing environment. Consistently meets or exceeds current job responsibilities.
Ability to define goals, implements processes and maintain deadlines with minimal supervision.
Candidate must be proficient in CRM, Microsoft Excel (must have advanced skills)
