Our client in Garland, TX Is looking for a Customer Service Escalation Agent:
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
2+ years experience in a call center environment
Phone interaction with clients
Researching file information and formulating resolution
50% of your time will be spent on the phone
50% will be spent looking at files in Salesforce.com
Entering or changing information to reflect corrected information
Excellent written and verbal skills are a must
Bilingual is a plus but not necessary.
